My Story
Growing up in India, my parents followed a simple lifestyle and incorporated alternative and herbal remedies into their daily routine. As a practitioner on a spiritual path, I believe in leading a simple life and integrating alternative ways of healing. I understand the importance of good health as the foundation of everything in life and believe more in holistic healing than conventional treatments. Although, I respect and acknowledge the value of conventional medicine in certain acute conditions. I advocate for holistic ways of healing for long-term well-being and a healthy, happy, and longer life. I believe CranioSacral Therapy is complementary approach to traditional healing methods.
I hold a Bachelors in Health Science, and am a licensed Certified Occupational Therapist, Certified Life Coach, and Craniosacral Therapist. I have been a practitioner of yoga and meditation for the past 20 years and is also a facilitator of the Sudarshan Kriya breathing technique.
