When I went to see Shilpa for my first session, I had no idea what Craniosacral Therapy (CST) was. I was dealing with severe neck pain, and a close friend had shared how deeply healing her CST sessions had been, so I decided to give it a try. After my very first session, I was completely blown away by the experience. I felt an incredible sense of mental calm, my entire body was deeply relaxed, and there was a profound inner peace. I could barely speak afterwards—it reminded me of the peaceful state I’ve experienced after a silent meditation retreat. The experience intrigued me so much that I wanted to continue exploring this healing modality. To my surprise, my neck inflammation was almost gone after just two sessions. In the past, when I’ve had similar neck pain, it usually took 5–6 physical therapy sessions over a couple of months to feel better. I am deeply grateful to Shilpa for this healing experience. She truly has a special gift and a healing touch that supports not only physical healing but emotional and mental well-being as well”
I have done about 10 sessions of CST with Shilpa Khare this year and I found the experience not only relaxing but also allowing me to release a lot of stress, strain and stuck emotions from the past! I was having frequent headaches since last year and they reduced by more than 60-70%! Shilpa is gentle and compassionate, always on time, and holds safe space for the client to allow themselves to open up and relax. Overall, I highly recommend CST with Shilpa.
I had excruciating foot pain for almost 6 months which kept me up at nights. I tried many things including balms and pain killers and stretching but nothing helped. I knew it is some sort of emotional blockage but even as a healer myself… I couldn’t get rid of it. One session with Shilpa…. And that night I slept well. It was 95% gone. And second session… it was all gone 😁🙏🏻. Another bonus was… I was looking for a new job for almost 2 years and I got a great job too…. Just 1st session. I have many more things that get resolved thereafter in each visit….and the relaxation after session is unexplainable. All thanks to her.
I have been coming for sessions on a weekly basis, and the immediate calming effects I have felt are amazing. I have trouble falling asleep generally, but CST has helped me finally get some rest that I don't usually get. It also helps to relieve stress and anxiety in ways that I didn't know about before, but I am so glad I found Shilpa and her practice. She is so gentle and offers great emotional and physical care, which shows her skills as a healer. I highly recommend!

I came to Shilpa honestly just out of curiosity - my job can be pretty high-pressure, and I tend to just push through stress without really dealing with it. I’m not usually one to go for something like craniosacral therapy, but after a few sessions, I noticed I was sleeping better, thinking more clearly, and not carrying as much tension in my shoulders and jaw. If you’re someone who’s used to powering through and ignoring what your body’s telling you, this is 100% worth trying - it helped me reset in a way I didn’t know I needed.

Shilpa is my neighbor and a close friend — when she suggested I try CST, I trusted her and gave it a shot. Honestly, I didn’t even realize how much my body needed rest. Shilpa took time to talk to me, identify root cause and spent enough time on actual therapy or treatment. I was in acute pain when I reached out her, after therapy, I slept without paining joints after a lot time. I look forward to be pain free soon.
